Fee Structure

INSTRUCTION REGARDING FEE PAYMENT

• The College fees cover twelve calendar months including holidays or broken periods.
• The admission fees along with two months tuition fees will paid at the time of admission through cheque or demand draft in favour of ‘St. Ann’s College’. The remaining months fees is collected thereafter quarterly basis.
• Parents and guardians desirous of seeking transfer for their ward should clear all the dues to the college till the end of the academic year and apply for Transfer Certificate one month in advance to enable the office to issue the same. It is obligatory to obtain Transfer Certificate at the time of transfer from this college to another.
• There will be a revision of fees from year to year.
• Deserving students from the economically weaker sections of the society may be given concession in fees. Such concessions, however, will be withdrawn if the student fails to maintain academic and behavioural standards set by the college.
• Students admitted to the college late or leave the college for any reason mid-semester will have to clear fees till the end of the academic year.
• The college will not issue any reminder for the payment od fees. E-care will send you the reminder of the same.
• Admit cards will not be issued to students whose dues are not cleared and they will be debarred from sitting for the examinations. The Principal may grant special permission to such students to sit for the examinations but the result will be withheld till all dues are cleared.
• There will be a fine of 30 rupees per month if tuition fees are not paid by the last day of the month.
